More than two years after Iam Tongi won season 21 of “American Idol” in 2023, he will be returning to ABC for the highly anticipated “Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade,” bringing us plenty of holiday cheer with a performance of “The Christmas Song.”
Fans of the talented singer will be delighted to know that he’s not only thriving in his musical career, but also in his personal life, as he’s still head-over-heels in love with his girlfriend. Here’s everything you need to know about the adorable couple’s relationship.

Iam’s girlfriend is named Leah. Although he doesn’t share too many personal details about her, he continues to gush over their relationship on social media. For instance, fans learned that her birthday is on September 25, as Iam dedicated a post on Instagram to celebrate the occasion.
“Happy birthday to this beautiful woman💕,my home , I love you so much babe❤️❤️, you mean the world to me, and I just want you to know.. I’m not going anywhere,” he wrote in the caption of the post, which featured a carousel of photos with Leah and the couple spending time together.
Leah also appears to be dedicated to her faith, as her Instagram bio has a link to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In September 2024, she also posted a video on TikTok with the caption, “Sunday is the best day of the week 🤷🏽♀️ Love the lord 🙌🏽❤️.”
Iam & Leah Celebrate a Major Relationship Milestone
The pair celebrated their two-year anniversary on December 3, 2025.
Leah marked the occasion with an Instagram post that included a lengthy caption to Iam.
“I’ve been counting down the days to say this lol … HAPPY ANNIVERSARY myhandsomeeee 😍🥰❤️ being with you for 2 years has taught me soooo much , you’ve made me a better person and you continue to help me be the best version of myself. You’ve taught me patience , kindness even to those that have hurt me , and to love even when times get rough. You’ve helped me see the world and people in a beautiful way , you’ve helped me forgive , and to let go even though I have all the right to feel the way I feel. Thank you for loving me and for choosing me everyday. Seeing you accomplish your goals and dreams is what I love to see , I love that I can be a part of it. I know you don’t hear it enough but I’m proud of you ! You are everything I prayed for as a man and husband. To be loved by you is a blessing, to all the family reading this he loves y’all SO much!
