Katy Perry’s daughter, Daisy, whom she shares with ex Orlando Bloom, is already singing some of mom’s biggest hits. However, the former “American Idol” judge is making it clear that some of the lyrics from her more risque songs aren’t exactly meant to be taken literally by her 6-year-old daughter.
Fans can see Perry’s daughter make a cameo in her new concert film “Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris,” giving viewers a sweet look at Daisy growing up and enjoying being surrounded by her mom’s music and the glitz and glam of it all.

GettyIn a new interview with E! News, Katy Perry shared that while her daughter, Daisy, 6, is already singing mom’s biggest hits, there’s one song in particular she hopes Daisy doesn’t act out.
“The other day, she was singing along to ‘Stole your parents’ liquor and climb to the roof,'” Perry shared. “She’s like, ‘One day, when I’m older, I’m going to do that.’”
Perry quickly reassured Daisy that she wouldn’t recreate the song’s storyline when she becomes a teenager. “No you ain’t, girl!” she said, adding, “Our roof is too high!”
Fans know that the lyrics Perry was referring to were from her 2010 song “One That Got Away” from her successful album, “Teenage Dream.” In fact, the tune was recently named TikTok’s Global Song of the Summer, with a new generation discovering and embracing the hit more than 15 years after its original release.
Perry did note that her and Orlando Bloom’s daughter shares characteristics of both parents. “She is straightforward, has no fear. She is both Orlando and myself.”
Perry and Bloom were together for nine years, welcoming Daisy in 2020, before breaking off their engagement in June 2025. In an interview with People, Perry described the breakup as “probably the hardest time.” However, Perry worked through the split while out on tour, which eventually led her to meet former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, whom she called “the love of my life.”

Fans can catch a glimpse of Perry’s daughter Daisy in her new concert film, “Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris.” The 6-year-old was traveling with her mom during her massive “The Lifetimes Tour,” which ran through 2025, and appeared to be loving every second of it.
“When she’s on the road, she comes out for half the show or a little bit less than half the show. She dances, she does the circle. She’s my road dog, and she’s moving with me, so she’s really gaining this adaptability of being able to be malleable in different environments and situations, so I think that’s a value,” Perry shared.
“She loves the dancers, and she’s my co-pilot,” she added.
Perry also described how meaningful it was to have her daughter see her staying strong on tour, especially as she navigated a difficult split from Bloom and her latest album, “143,” was deemed a flop.
“She’s seeing her mother in her purpose, and that’s good for her; she sees her mom being strong,” the singer said.
