Matt Klotz is letting the haters know exactly where he stands.
The “Big Brother” season 25 runner-up shared a new Instagram post this week featuring gym photos, throwback screenshots, and several reminders of the criticism he received during and after his time on the CBS reality show.
Klotz, who made history as the first deaf contestant on “Big Brother,” has continued to post about his life outside the house since finishing in second place in 2023.
His latest update tied that post-show chapter to his work in the gym, where the Deaflympic swimmer and world record holder has clearly been locked in.
Matt Klotz Shares Message to ‘Haters,’ Shows Gym Progress
CBSKlotz’s Instagram post opened with new gym photos showing him posing in a mirror-lined gym, including several shots that highlighted his post-show fitness progress.
The carousel also included older screenshots from the show’s run, when some viewers made comments about Klotz’s body while he was still inside the house.
One screenshot referenced his appearance by day 85 of “Big Brother” 25, while another showed a past article noting that people online had been commenting on his weight during the season.
Klotz kept the caption direct.
“Friendly reminder to not let the haters win ❤️ choose to lock in, break more World Records, claim more medals🥇and I guess lose some weight on the side ;),” he wrote.
The post comes after Klotz has shared several gym updates since leaving the “Big Brother” house. His Instagram has included workout photos, training clips, and other posts showing the fitness progress he has made since his 2023 reality TV run.

“They won’t work a fraction as hard as you, they’re too busy commenting on your life to live their own. That’s how you know you made it king, keep thriving,” said another.
Matt Klotz Made History on ‘Big Brother’ 25
CBSKlotz entered the “Big Brother” house in 2023 as the show’s first deaf contestant.
He went on to finish the season as runner-up, losing to Jag Bains in the final two by a 5 to 2 jury vote. During the game, Klotz became closely aligned with Bains after using the “Power of Invincibility” to save him from eviction in week 4, forming “The Minutemen” alliance.
CBSThe move helped set up one of the season’s most important partnerships. Klotz and Bains worked together through much of the game, later teaming with Bowie Jane Ball in an alliance called “The Mafia.”
Klotz later reflected on the larger meaning of his time on the show in an August 2024 Instagram post marking one year since he entered the house.
“I may not have won, but spreading my story and message across the platform advocating for the deaf/disabled community was my #1 mission and was proud to do so!” he wrote.
He also said he wanted to show what deaf people can accomplish.
“I hope to pave the way to continue proving doubters wrong no matter what the challenge is or how difficult it may be,” Klotz wrote.
