After Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71 in Clearwater, his Florida home was put on the market for just under $11 million. Now, the home next door, which he used as a guest house, is selling for $4.5 million.
The wrestling star bought the larger home in April 2012 for $3.33 million, before picking up the “smaller adjacent property” — a “waterfront … ‘cottage'” — four years later for $1.6 million, according to Realtor.com.
This Guest House Is Pretty Impressive
Although it’s nowhere near the size of Hogan’s main home, the guest cottage still offers 2,062 square feet and features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
“As you enter, you’re greeted by a bright, open floor plan with designer finishes and attention to detail including custom built-ins adding extra storage and stunning exposed wooden beams that add character and warmth,” according to the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury listing. “Gorgeous wood flooring flows seamlessly throughout the living areas, creating a light and airy atmosphere perfect for relaxing or entertaining.”
When guests check out the living room, they’ll find “a cozy white brick fireplace, … a wall of floor to ceiling windows and French doors that frame the sparkling pool and spa and spectacular Gulf just beyond,” per the listing. “The updated kitchen boasts a large central island, white cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances and a stylish backsplash and custom lighting add a touch of coastal charm.”
When it comes to the bedrooms, the listing notes that a “set of French doors lead to the primary suite, filled with natural light, enhancing the spacious and inviting feel. The sleek, spa-like ensuite has white cabinetry and a walk-in shower with custom tile work.” Beyond that, the “additional bedrooms are equally well appointed and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double sink vanity.”
The Home Is ‘In One of Clearwater Beach’s Most Desirable Locations’
Despite the fact that “Hogan did own both homes, he never made any attempt to combine them into one giant structure,” Realtor.com points out.
That means that the cottage is “move-in ready” while “combin[ing] modern comforts with classic beach cottage appeal in one of Clearwater Beach’s most desirable locations,” the listing explains to potential buyers. “Whether you’re looking for a primary residence, vacation home, investment property, this is coastal living at its finest.”
The listing also mentions the fact that the “charming beachside cottage is located on the highly sought-after north end of Clearwater Beach, offering the ultimate Florida lifestyle with direct, private beach access just steps from you back door.”
