The Florida beach house Hulk Hogan called home in his final years is now for sale, six months after the wrestling legend’s death. As per TMZ, Hogan bought the Clearwater Beach property in 2012, and it soon became his private retreat.

Along with the Clearwater Beach home now on the market, he also owned the neighboring property, which he purchased in 2016 for $2.5 million after his high-profile legal victory against the former website Gawker.
The main residence was acquired for $3.3 million in 2012 and is currently estimated at approximately $8.9 million. Court filings submitted by Nick Hogan show that the wrestler first drafted a will in 2016, later revising it in 2017, 2021, and 2022. The final version of the document was executed in July 2023.
