Not long after news came out that Ben Affleck gave Jennifer Lopez his entire interest in the $60 million home that they purchased together, The Daily Mail is now reporting that the singer and actress has finished a “massive renovation” on her additional mansion in Hidden Hills.
Jennifer’s Property Offers Plenty of Perks
In February 2025, after finalizing her divorce from Affleck, Lopez bought her Hidden Hills mansion for $21 million … in the gated neighborhood where stars such as Kim Kardashian also reside,” according to the Mail.
That’s not to mention other celebs who have called the area home over the years, per Architectural Digest — which deemed it “a celebrity hotspot” — such as Miley Cyrus, The Weeknd, Drake, Lil Wayne, Madonna and Howie Mandel, as well as Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.
Despite the fact that the home was already impressive when Lopez picked it up, it wasn’t long before she started “massive renovations.”
Now, “[i]n new aerial photos, the lavish 10k-square-foot property could be seen surrounded by green trees for privacy,” the Mail explained. “Her home additionally contains horse stables, a private paddock and other detached outbuildings.”
Beyond that, the Mail notes that “[a] set of winding stairs lead down to a rectangular-shaped swimming pool that is surrounded by comfy lounge chairs and lush green grass in the backyard. To the right of the pool is a separate area for the stables bordered by vibrant green trees as well as what appears to be a smaller guest house nearby.”
Jennifer Wants Her Home to Be ‘Light, Bright and Flirty’
When Lopez embarked on a renovation of her Hidden Hills mansion, she had a particular goal in mind. A source told The Daily Mail in May 2025 that the star wanted to give her home a “sexy glow up.”
“Jennifer is renovating the home to her satisfaction,” the insider told the Mail.
On top of that, the source touched on the considerable financial aspect of the project, saying, “She is spending a lot of money because it’s big: there is the main house, the pool house and a guest house.”
Granted, this is nothing new for the “On The Floor” songstress. The person in the know who spoke to the Mail noted that “Jennifer renovates every home she moves into because she wants a certain look, the JLo touch, which makes the place her very own.”
“She has great style so she makes everything better,” the insider added. “And she had very specific ideas for this place. Jennifer wants it light, bright and flirty.”
