SEE INSIDE: Lizzo Finds Buyer for Beverly Hills Home on Harry Styles’ Former Property

It may be time for Lizzo to move on — at least, when it comes to where she lives. After putting her Beverly Hills home — which was built on a property that Harry Styles used to own — on the market, she has found a buyer for the impressive abode.

“Most recently asking $12.5 million, the L-shaped home was pending sale as of Monday, according to listing records,” explains Mansion Global (MG). “It first hit the market in December 2024, asking a hair under $16 million.”

“Lizzo, whose given name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, added the three-bedroom home to her property portfolio in 2022,” per MG. “She paid $15 million for the place and used a trust linked to her businesses for the deal, records with PropertyShark show.”

MG also notes that “[d]etails on the identity of the buyer and the sale price won’t be available until the deal closes.”

The Home Is ‘Wrapped in Walls of Glass’

Offering residents 5,442 square feet of space, the residence includes three bedrooms and five bathrooms.

“Designed in a refined L-shaped configuration, the home is wrapped in walls of glass that frame sweeping canyon and hillside vistas while drawing natural light deep into every room,” the listing from Carolwood Estates notes. “A rich material palette of wood, stone, and steel creates continuity throughout, reinforcing the seamless relationship between interior and exterior spaces.”

The listing also points out that “[a]t the heart of the home, a soaring two-story atrium functions as both a visual anchor and a living courtyard, connecting the primary living spaces with light, air, and landscape.”

“The main level unfolds effortlessly from formal dining to an expansive lounge and chef’s kitchen, where a dramatic dual-sided, floor-to-ceiling fireplace serves as both focal point and architectural divider,” per the listing. “These spaces open directly to a covered outdoor living and dining area, creating a true indoor-outdoor entertaining experience.”

The Outside of the Home Is Just as Dreamy

Creating what is surely a spectacular space, the “primary suite is positioned above the saltwater infinity pool, offering a rare sense of suspension and uninterrupted views across the surrounding terrain, while two guest suites are thoughtfully set beneath a century-old oak tree, providing natural separation and a sense of retreat,” the listing mentions.

The home that sits on a 0.32 acre lot and is “[s]et behind the gates of the coveted Oak Pass Road enclave,” is an “architecturally significant modern residence” as well as “a masterclass in privacy, scale, and spatial harmony,” the listing tells those whose interest is piqued by the residence. “Outdoor terraces cascade across the property, revealing layered mountain views, a spa, and multiple gathering areas designed for both quiet moments and larger gatherings.”

Beyond that, the listing couldn’t forget to bring up the “[a]dditional amenities” which “include a private gym and wellness space, dedicated studio or office, theater room, and an outdoor kitchen with integrated fire pit.”
