Hilaria is married to Alec Baldwin, who purchased the home in 1995 but made additions to it in 2012, People reports. The home was first listed for sale in December 2025 at $21 million, but the family has since cut the price to $19.995 million as they continue to search for a buyer. Hilaria is also letting fans know why purchasing this property would be an attractive investment.
“We made the most amazing memories,” Hilaria said in a video posted on Instagram on Monday, March 9. She then listed some of the perks of having this home, sharing an inside look into what it’s like to own somewhere like this. “We spend summers in our pool, we go down to the beach which is really close to where we are, the kids go to camp there. We cook, we spend time together. It is such an amazing place.”
Despite their decision to sell the home, Hilaria said it was “bittersweet” to say goodbye to the property. “Our family is going to go off on a new adventure which means we are selling our Hamptons home. It’s bittersweet because we have made so many amazing memories there, and we are excited for our next chapter!” she wrote in the caption. “While we are sad to leave it, we know the next owners will love it just as much as we do…so I wanted to share it here…it really is a piece of paradise.”
