Alix Earle is taking her signature get-ready routines beyond quick clips and into longer, more personal conversations. The social media star and “Dancing With the Stars” season 34 runner-up is launching a new YouTube series that transforms her viral GRWM videos into an intimate, dressing-room-style show where friends, beauty talk, and real-life stories unfold on camera.
‘Get Real With Me’ Launch
The leading social media personality is expanding her digital universe with a new monthly YouTube and video podcast series. “Get Real With Me” will elevate Earle’s already viral “Get Ready With Me” TikTok videos into a full-fledged conversation show.
“Get Real With Me” will launch on Thursday, January 15. The first episode will feature her close friend, creator, and comedian Jake Shane. Additional guests are set to appear every month.
This new series from Earle will stream on YouTube, as well as across video podcast platforms. It’s presented by Hot Mess Media, with Abigail Lowenthal serving as executive producer.
How This New Alix Earle Show Works
“Get Real With Me” will be filmed in a custom-built, dressing-room-style studio in West Hollywood. The series is designed to feel intentionally stripped back, Variety reported.
The set features a one-way mirror, hidden cameras, and vanity-embedded microphones. It’s a way to have these intimate conversations with her friends as they get ready together.
This kind of set-up does remind us of other untraditional “at-home” studios we have seen recently, like Hailey Bieber’s “Welcome to My Bathroom” interview series or Owen Thiele’s “In Your Dream” series, which is set in a bedroom.
For this series, Alix and her guests will sit down and get ready together. They will swap beauty routines, discuss any hot topics, or share personal stories through light games and unscripted conversation that resembles two friends chatting before a night out on the town.
In addition, the guests are encouraged to organically spotlight their own beauty, beverage, or lifestyle brands during the episode. This will give the ability to weave commerce into the format without having to take any ad breaks.
Alex Cooper Drama
This new series is produced by Earle’s own Hot Mess Media. This happens to follow her exit from Alex Cooper’s Unwell Network last year.
The Unwell Network initially signed Earle for the “Hot Mess” podcast. However, there was social media buzz stating there was a feud between Earle and Cooper, but neither of them has commented on this supposed feud.
In the end, Cooper’s Unwell Network relinquished all rights to “Hot Mess” so that Earle could freely explore any future opportunities.
Now, fans have “Get Real With Me” on YouTube, which will be available to stream starting January 15.
