‘Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ Star Conner Leavitt Lands Exciting Broadway Role

“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star Conner Leavitt is stepping into the spotlight, following in the footsteps of his wife, “Dancing With the Stars” alum Whitney Leavitt, as he makes his Broadway debut. A devoted husband and father, Conner has been a strong supporter of Whitney throughout her successful and record-breaking run as Roxie Hart in “Chicago.”

Now, the spotlight shifts, as the couple trades places with Conner taking center stage for his own moment to shine.

Conner Leavitt Is Making His Broadway Debut in ’11 to Midnight’

It’s time for Conner Leavitt to shine! According to People, “The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star and husband to Whitney Leavitt is officially making his Broadway debut.

Leavitt is gearing up to star in the off-Broadway show “11 to Midnight” in a limited three-week run in New York City, which will kick off on May 8 and conclude on May 27.

Speaking to the outlet about this exciting new career venture, Conner shared, “I’m so grateful for the opportunity to join the cast of ’11 to Midnight’ and be a part of such a special, unique theater experience here in New York.”

Conner credits his wife as a “continuous inspiration to follow your dreams,” adding that her amazing experience on “Chicago” “helped me find a love and appreciation for the theater.”

“11 to Midnight” is an off-Broadway show created by the dance duo Austin & Marideth Telenko of Cost n’ Mayor. It follows a group of friends and a married couple as they spend the final hour before New Year’s Eve.

Conner gushed that he couldn’t wait to get his dancing shoes on. “I can’t wait to learn some Cost n’ Mayor choreography and put my dancing skills to the test.”

The Leavitt Family Is Officially Staying in New York City

Conner, Whitney, and their three children move from Utah to New York City after Whitney was cast as Roxie Hart in “Chicago,” a role once played by reality TV stars Ariana Madix, Erika Jayne, and Lisa Rinna. Following strong box office success, her run, originally set to end in March, was extended through May 3.

Even more exciting for fans, her DWTS partner, Mark Ballas, joined Whitney for a four-week run beginning April 6, leading up to her final performance on May 3, per Playbill.

With Whitney’s Broadway run coming to a close, she’ll surely be rooting for her husband, just as he has done throughout her success on stage.

In fact, in an April 19 Instagram post, Whitney shared that Conner had been to 20 of her “Chicago” shows, and fans can expect no less from the “Mormon Wives” star.

“Today marked Conners 20th time seeing me in @chicagomusical 🥹😭 he’s my rock, my foundation, my everything. I can’t believe I only have two weeks left of my run in Chicago. But, I’m so excited to see what’s next for us. I love you so much Conner. Thank you for not only helping me live my dream, but believing in it 🤍✨,” she captioned her post, which featured photos and videos of Conner being the best husband and father.
