VIDEO: Dylan Efron’s Six Pack While Rehearsing ‘DWTS’ Has Everyone Talking

Dylan Efron is in shape and ready for his “Dancing with the Stars” season. The reality star showed off his moves and some chiseled abs while rehearsing with his partner, Daniella Karagach.

In an Instagram reel shared on September 22, Efron is seen shaking his hips while topless next to the “DWTS” pro.

“Yes!!! Those hips are MOVING!!! So proud of you!” Efron’s “The Traitors” castmate, Chrishelle Stause commented.

“The Real Housewives of Dubai” star, Chanel Ayan, replied, “Dylan I just put my ice cream down bestie love this for you.”

Julianne Hough responded, “Both of your abs are too distracting to even notice the whisk that’s happening.”

One fan shared, “My jaw literally dropped!! Omg that was so good!!!!!” Another wrote, “Oh so this is how I get abs like that. Got it. *starts dancing.”

Efron Shared His Tips for Super Toned Abs

Competing on “Dancing with the Stars” is bound to get anyone in tip-top shape, but Efron worked extra hard for his abs.

In an interview with Extra early in September, the reality star shared, “I do a lot with kettlebells now. I actually stopped doing crunches and stuff.”

He continued, “I feel like when you’re doing squats, when you’re doing compound movements, it works your core. Same with dancing. You know, like with all the twisting. I’m feeling it already.”

“When you’re training, do movements that are fluid, just like dancing,” Efron told Derek Hough.

Efron Has Always Been Fit

Efron is no stranger to hard workouts. In a February video shared by Men’s Health, the celeb shared his extensive regimen.

“I’m very ADD with all activities. Like, I try something new and I fall in love, and that’s what I live for, so I pretty much play every sport you can think of,” he said.

He added, “It’s rock climbing and highlining, then free diving, but I play all the recreational sports like tennis, soccer, pickleball.”

“My background is in triathlon, so I always mix in cardio. In college, I taught myself how to swim. Pretty soon, I got good at swimming, and I got good at triathlons,” Efron shared.

He revealed that one of his go-to areas to train is his back, because it helps him with rock climbing. Some of his workouts include face pulls with a rope on a machine, rows with a kettlebell, and marching with a kettlebell to improve his balance.

Good old-fashioned pull-ups are also key for rock climbing. “This is the one movement that I notice if I don’t work out and I’m traveling a lot, I lose my pull-up strength,” Efron said. He told viewers, “I’d say my number one tip is to just get consistent.”
