Taking to Instagram to share the shots on Wednesday, December 3 — which were taken for Betches’ Betch of the Year photoshoot — Maher can be seen wearing a black ensemble that includes a corset, cowboy hat, panties, fringed gloves and bedazzled boots.
With her long hair worn down in waves, she also slays stunning makeup as well as large hoop earrings and a delicate necklace.
In her caption, she wrote, “I’m trusting you all with these photos[.]”
Ilona Has an ‘Evolving Relationship with … Body Image’
“If anyone is the blueprint for ‘that girl,’ it’s Ilona Maher — though she’d never say it out loud,” according to Betches. “On an overcast Thursday morning in Manhattan, we’re tucked in the quietest corner of a photo studio. A stylist is curling her brunette hair while Betches staffers are speed-walking around the space to adjust lighting and set pieces.”
“Meanwhile, Ilona is pre-glam, bare-faced and radiating D1 zen, self-assured energy,” Betches continued. “It’s the kind of calm that almost feels illegal in New York City.”
Beyond that, they noted, “As she gears up for her (frankly breathtaking) Betch of the Year photoshoot, I find myself leaning in, trying not to miss a single soft-spoken revelation about getting her own Barbie doll, surviving her packed schedule, and her evolving relationship with TikTok and body image.”

From the vibe of the photos, Maher was feeling good about how she looked in the Betches photoshoot, and her fans agree that she absolutely slayed the sultry country style.
