‘DWTS’ Pro Jenna Johnson Hasn’t Seen Corey Feldman Since Cast Reveal

Dancing With the Stars” rehearsals are heating up, but Jenna Johnson and her new partner, Corey Feldman, are still waiting for their big start. The reigning champ admitted she hasn’t seen her partner since the cast reveal on “Good Morning America,” leaving fans curious about their delayed debut.

Corey Feldman Is Missing?

While a lot of the new cast have been busy posting videos on social media, fans of Jenna Johnson have noticed there haven’t been any TikToks or reels showing her and Feldman in rehearsals. She decided to share the reasons via her Instagram Story, per Us Weekly.

“I love the show so much, I love being part of it, I’m so grateful to be asked back, and I’m excited for this season. Going off that, so many people have been, like, ‘Where are your TikToks with Corey? What’s happening?’ To be completely honest, I actually haven’t seen him since Good Morning America.”

While it seems like Feldman, 54, has gone missing since the cast announcement, that’s not the case. Johnson said he has “had some previous work engagements and personal stuff going on” since the September 3 episode of “Good Morning America.”

The pro dancer added, “So I haven’t seen him since [we were in] New York, and I am eagerly awaiting him getting back so we can get back into the studio to dance and then to do all the content things. I’ve been loving all the couples posting. It’s been so fun to see.”

Jenna Johnson Feeling Anxious

With the season 34 premiere kicking off on September 16, Johnson did admit that she’s feeling “a little anxious and eager” about things and wants to get back into the studio with Feldman.

Johnson added, “But I can’t wait. It’s always so exciting starting this new season [with] this new family. I am obsessed with all these celebrities so far. They have just been amazing.”

While Johnson won last season with former Bachelor Joey Graziadei, she told Us Weekly that she was feeling no pressure to win back-to-back seasons.

“I think every season is new as a clean slate, especially with different partners that you’re given,” Johnson explained. “I am so passionate about giving each partner the best experience possible. This is a different journey. I’m obviously so grateful for last year and the win, but this is new. This is different. My intentions are different, so I’m excited.”

When given the chance, Johnson wants to help Feldman “feel the best on the dance floor” that he can. Feldman told Us Weekly he’s “grateful” to have an “eloquent” partner like Johnson.

“Dancing With the Stars” season 34 premieres on ABC and Disney+ on Tuesday, September 16, at 8 p.m. ET, with new episodes streaming the next day on Hulu.
