‘DWTS’ Champ Joey Graziadei Proposes to Fiancée Again—More Than 2 Years After ‘The Bachelor’

Joey Grazaidei put a ring on it—again. The “Dancing with the Stars” season 33 champion re-proposed to his fiancée, Kelsey Anderson, more than two years after first doing so on his season of “The Bachelor.” For the second time around, the couple was in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where Graziadei popped the question in a stunning beachside setting.

“SHE SAID YES (again) 💍,” Graziadei captioned an Instagram slideshow from the special moment.

The DWTS/”Bachelor” star then explained why he felt the need to propose a second time.

“Proposing again meant taking something that was already extraordinary and making it fully our own,” he shared. “It means the world to be able to reaffirm our promise and love to one another just the two of us. Forever isn’t enough with you. I cannot wait to make you my wife.”

Fans and Friends Reacted to Joey & Kelsey’s Renewed Engagement

Graziadei shared photos of the ring he presented to Anderson after he got down on one knee on a dock by the ocean. In one photo, Anderson appeared to be crying. The two then sat down at a table by the sea and enjoyed a champagne toast.

Fans and friends from both Bachelor Nation and “Dancing with the Stars” posted congratulatory comments, including pro dancer Alan Bersten and “Bachelor” alum Emily Ferguson.

“Sobbingggg!!! Sooo happy for you two 💞,” wrote Graziadei’s “Dancing With the Stars” partner Jenna Johnson.

Joey Graziadei Admitted He Gets Emotional Rewatching His First Engagement

During “The Bachelor” finale filmed in late 2023, Graziadei and Anderson got engaged in Tulum, Mexico. The former tennis instructor told People magazine that he still got emotional thinking about that day more than two years later and sometimes rewatched the footage of his TV proposal.

“I do sneakily watch our engagement moment,” he admitted in Feb. 2026. “I could just see how excited I was to start my life with Kelsey. I don’t know, it was a pure moment for me.

Graziadei also added that there were both good and bad things about meeting on reality TV, which is why he and Anderson focused on really building their relationship before getting serious about wedding planning.

“I think the best part about meeting on reality TV is that you really dive deep quickly since you don’t have a ton of time,” he shared of his time on the ABC dating show. “But I would also say the worst part is the lack of time we had sometimes. There was never enough time with Kelsey. I always wanted more.”

“I think the most important thing we did was reset when the show was done airing,” the ABC reality star added. “We had to close that chapter and focus on how we could start building a new life together. We continue to work on that and choose each other every day.”

According to Bachelor Nation, Graziadei and Anderson recently set a wedding date and plan to marry in 2027.
