Maks Chmerkovskiy last competed on “Dancing With the Stars” back in season 25, but fans have always been hungry for more. Since then, the Ukranian dancer has gone on to work on a plethora of other projects, including tours, “The Masked Dancer,” and “So You Think You Can Dance.“

Maks Chmerkovskiy Proudly Steps Into the Leading Man Role
Maks Chmerkovskiy is no stranger to scripted shows. He appeared in “General Hospital” for a few episodes and even made a cameo on Netflix’s “Fuller House.”
But now, the dancer is stepping into the leading man role. Maks Chmerkovskiy portrays Jack in the new micro-drama series, “Wild Silence.”
Unlike other scripted shows, “Wild Silence” is a micro-drama. It’s produced by My Drama, which puts out short-form pieces that tell compelling stories on a much smaller scale.
The series follows the story of Camila (Alexandria Watts), a woman desperate to escape a life of domestic violence. Jack saves Camila when she attempts to step off a cliff. He takes her to his cabin in the woods, where he lives in total seclusion, haunted by his own trauma.
During their time alone together, Jack shows Camila the beauty in life and teaches her to live again. However, their newfound happiness is shattered when Camila’s estranged husband comes looking for her. Can Jack and Camila find their own happily ever after?
What Could the Future Hold For the All-Star Dancer?
As a natural performer, Maks Chmerkovskiy knows that art and storytelling go hand in hand. Though he no longer plays an active role on “Dancing With the Stars,” he adores his fans and loves keeping them informed on his latest projects.
When Maks isn’t dancing, acting, or working on other creative endeavors, he’s a dedicated family man to his wife Peta Murgatroyd, and their three sons. Fans hope to see future projects down the line from him, and perhaps one that involves the whole family.
Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy have gone on tour together in the past before. Another micro-drama featuring the brothers and their wives might not be out of the realm of possibility.
