Nicole Scherzinger, 47, has a special connection to nature. The “Dancing with the Stars” alum who was born in Honolulu, often shares social media posts that focus on her love of everything that her home in paradise has to offer.
That’s why she’s just popped up a collection of photos that show her appreciating Hawaii while celebrating Earth Day and looking beautiful in a zebra-print bikini.
Nicole Shared a Special Post for Earth Day
Scherzinger took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 22, to share a post that included one photo of her framing the sun with her hands while wearing a black-and-white bikini and another shot of her sitting with her legs crossed in the sand in the same chic swimsuit.
Another image shows her standing by a pool as she looks out over the ocean and one shot sees her standing on a hill while also appreciating the stunning landscape and water in the distance.
Along with other photos and videos, the star added a caption, writing, “”A tribute to Mother Earth 🌎”
“Being Hawaiian has shaped how I see the world… the land isn’t just where we live, it’s who we are,” she added. “Our roots, stories, and identity are deeply tied to the earth, and caring for it isn’t a trend, it’s a responsibility passed down through generations. 🌿”
“Earth Day is a reminder that this planet is not ours to own, but to protect,” she continued. “Every small action matters. Today and every day, I stand with the land, ocean, and skies. Protecting the earth means protecting our people, culture, and future. 🌊🌺 Happy #EarthDay 💚”
Nicole Has Previously Shared Glimpses at Her Life in Hawaii
Scherzinger “has shared a glimpse into her idyllic beach vacation in her home state of Hawaii,” NDTV noted in Aug 2024. For instance, at the time she had “posted a series of Instagram pictures showcasing her serene getaway, surrounded by crystal-clear water, greenery and stunning views.”
“The Instagram series features Nicole basking in the sun on the beach, enjoying the sand and water,” NDTV pointed out. “A slow-motion clip captures the waves hitting the rocks, while another photo shows her wearing a floral dress with traditional Hawaiian garlands, set against the breathtaking backdrop of the sea. Nicole also shared pictures of local Hawaiian dishes, showing the island’s culinary delights.”
Beyond that, NDTV noted that “[a] romantic evening photo featured her fiance, Thom Evans, by her side, with the beach at night as their backdrop. The final clip pans out to reveal the stunning cityscape at night, with Nicole striking a pose.
