We got to watch back-to-back episodes of “Worst Cooks in America” season 30 on Food Network, as the remaining reality TV stars took on even more culinary challenges. Tonight was all about afterparties, brunch burgers, tacos, and steaks on “Worst Cooks in America” 2026. They all want to be named the winner of season 30, including “Dancing With the Stars” pro Val Chmerkovskiy and “The Challenge” star CT Tamburello. Who Went Home on ‘Worst Cooks in America’?
There were two new episodes on Food Network. That meant we had twice as many challenges for these seven remaining contestants. The challenges featured everything from creating Tex-Mex tacos to cowboy ribeye steaks. Fan-favorite chef Jeff Mauro and restaurateur Chef Tiffany Derry were putting them to the test, and the contestants were feeling the pressure.

Episode 4 Begins
We have two new episodes tonight, so we will provide feedback as each episode airs tonight!
8:13 p.m. – The contestants start the night with the Skill Drill challenge, which has them retrieving ingredients and then making Tex-Mex tacos. Ryan Lochte may have just injured himself slipping on some spaghetti.
8:22 p.m. – Ryan is hurting, but he is powering through. The mentors are tasting the tacos now to see who won.
Getty8:37 p.m. – Ryan couldn’t continue in the competition, so the Olympian and “DWTS” alum has been eliminated tonight! Then the remaining contestants face the Main Dish Challenge, which has them cooking cowboy ribeye steak dishes. Reza won the Skill Drill, so he won immunity for this challenge.
8:50 p.m. – For the Main Dish Challenge, it was Reza and Beverly winning for their teams. Up for elimination are Julie from Blue Team and Val from Red Team. For this Blind Elimination Challenge, they have to create a loaded quesadilla with a dipping sauce in 15 minutes!
9:00 p.m. – The mentors discuss, and no one is eliminated from this Blind Elimination Challenge. Since Ryan Lochte was already eliminated tonight, no one else was going home!
Episode 5 Begins
We are now moving into the second episode for tonight on “Worst Cooks in America” season 30. Again, more updates will be shared as the episode airs.
9:10 p.m. – It’s party time. The teams will be planning a party. They have to come up with a theme, make a drink, and each will make their own hors d’oeuvres.
9:22 p.m. – The party has started, and the mentors are tasting the drinks. CT made his team’s cocktail, so the judges are afraid to taste it since they think it’ll be strong!
9:37 p.m. – The Red Team won the party challenge, so they got their hands on a specialty pantry for the Main Dish Challenge. For this challenge, they have to create a brunch burger, fries, and a Bloody Mary.
9:50 p.m. – Val made the best burger for the Red Team, and CT made it for the Blue Team. Up for elimination are Reza and Julie. They are tasked with creating avocado toast with a sunny-side-up egg on top.
10:00 p.m. – The judges tasted the avocado toast, and the winning dish went to Reza, which means MTV legend Downtown Julie Brown has been eliminated tonight!
