Eric Dane’s Ex Makes Emotional $10K Contribution to Help Support His Family

Eric Dane’s ex-girlfriend has made a heartfelt gesture in the days following his passing.

Priya Jain quietly donated $10,000 to a GoFundMe created to support the late actor’s two teenage daughters after his battle with ALS, according to TMZ.

The fundraiser has drawn strong support from Hollywood and fans alike, including $20,000 contributions from Hailey Bieber and Sam Levinson.

Many others have also donated, helping the page climb toward its goal as people honor Dane’s memory and rally around his family.

Jain Reconnected with Dane Prior to His Passing

Jain and Eric Dane dated for about a year after first being linked in late 2024.

Though their relationship ended in summer 2025, reports indicated they later reconnected as friends.

Sources said they were on good terms before his passing and that Jain cared deeply about him and his loved ones, especially his daughters.

Dane was widely known for his roles on “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Euphoria,” where his performances earned him a loyal fan base.

Offscreen, friends often described him as a devoted father who loved spending time with his children and keeping family at the center of his life.

After news of his death, Jain shared a brief but emotional tribute on Instagram Stories, posting black-and-white photos of the pair together.

“You truly were a black leather jacket in a world of tan cardigans,” she wrote, pairing the message with heart and dove emojis.

The words reflected both her grief and her appreciation for the time they shared.

As the fundraiser continues to grow, Jain’s donation stands as a reminder that love and respect can remain long after a relationship changes.

The support pouring in for Dane’s daughters shows how deeply he touched the people around him—and how his memory continues to inspire kindness.

Dane’s Family Issues a Statement

After Dane passed, his family shared a heartbreaking statement.

“With heavy hearts, we share that Eric Dane passed on Thursday afternoon following a courageous battle with ALS. He spent his final days surrounded by dear friends, his devoted wife, and his two beautiful daughters, Billie and Georgia, who were the center of his world,” it began.

It continued, “Throughout his journey with ALS, Eric became a passionate advocate for awareness and research, determined to make a difference for others facing the same fight. He will be deeply missed, and lovingly remembered always. Eric adored his fans and is forever grateful for the outpouring of love and support he’s received.”

The family ended the message by asking for privacy as they navigate this difficult time.
