Hallmark Channel’s new Countdown to Christmas is officially here, with two months of round-the-clock, original holiday programming starting on October 17, 2025. The daily marathon of classic Hallmark holiday movies starts at 2 p.m. Eastern time with a Lacey Chabert and Will Kemp classic, “Love, Romance & Chocolate.”
From then on, it’s Christmas movies all the time, except for during scheduled Hallmark Channel premieres and new series — and that’s a lot to keep track of. So, we’ve narrowed down the latest schedules to focus on one month at a time. First up: all the sweet treats on tap for the rest of OCTOBER 2025!
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 17: MISTLETOE MURDERS, SEASON ONE
GettyBefore Hallmark premieres the second season of its Sarah Drew and Peter Mooney-led mystery series “Mistletoe Murders,” which originally debuted on Hallmark+ in 2024, fans will have the opportunity to catch up with or re-watch the first season over the next three Fridays. You can watch the first two hour-long episodes back-to-back tonight. (Episodes 1 & 2 — 8 p.m. & 9 p.m. Eastern)
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18: A ROYAL MONTANA CHRISTMAS
The first new Hallmark Christmas movie of the season is also Warren Christie’s second of October! He co-starred with Nikki DeLoach in “Home Turf,” which premiered earlier in the month. In “A Royal Montana Christmas,” he’s paired with Fiona Gubelmann, who plays Princess Victoria of Zelarnia. Overwhelmed by her royal duties during the Christmas season, the princess is “ready for a change of pace,” per the synopsis, so she heads to Montana for a little stress relief. Lo and behold, she meets a “dashing guide Huntley Blaylock (Christie) who presents her and the other guests at the ranch with a rustic experience that is far from the royal treatment.” (Premieres at 8 p.m. Eastern)
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 19: A CHRISTMAS ANGEL MATCH
Meghan Ory and Benjamin Ayres play “Christmas Angels tasked with bringing destined soulmates together during the most magical season of all. Typically, Angels work alone, but when the Christmas Connection Department faces the threat of downsizing, Monica and Michael are unexpectedly paired to ensure Daisy and Patrick fall in love before Christmas. As Christmas Eve draws near, Monica and Michael worry the duo’s differences will keep them from completing their mission in time. But just when it seems all hope is lost, a surprising turn of events changes everything – leading to a Christmas connection no one saw coming.” (Premieres at 8 p.m. Eastern)
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24: MISTLETOE MURDERS, SEASON ONE
The third and fourth episodes of “Mistletoe Murders” air tonight, back-to-back. These two episodes are called “Peril of the Belles, Part 1 and 2.” In Part 1, “after a string of suspicious accidents, Emily goes undercover in the local choir to investigate.” In Part 2, per the synopsis, “When the choir attacks escalate, Emily and Sam grow closer as they work together to find the culprit. Emily helps Violet out of a precarious situation by tapping into her dark past.” (Episodes 3 & 4 — 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern)
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25: MERRY CHRISTMAS, TED COOPER!

Robert Buckley and Kimberley Sustad pair up for the first time in a comedy about weatherman Ted Cooper (Buckley), who loves Christmas, but the past three have been terrible. Per the logline, “This year, Ted has made up his mind that things will be different … but his relentless optimism is put to the test as he deals with injuries and obstacles while traveling home for the holidays. Within hours of arriving, he winds up in Urgent Care after falling off a ladder while hanging decorations. At the hospital, he runs into a former teacher who always believed in him, Ruth Mittens, and his former crush Hope Miller — who’s now a doctor.” (Premieres at 8 p.m. Eastern)

Go to hell Hallmark Channel for your poor treatment of Erica Durance. You have absolutely show favoritism when it comes to your so-called starlets. I will never forget nor forgive this act. Your weak ass network has never invited her to any of your functions she is always put aside for no apparent reason. You’ll haven’t even inked a deal with her and that lets me know you’ll don’t care and have no respect for her/craft. Grade ‘ F ‘ for failure. Cowards with no class at all.
