Hallmark star Erica Durance is reuniting with her “Smallville” partner Justin Hartley.
The actress, 47, is set to guest star on the March 22 episode of CBS’s “Tracker,” according to TV Line. Hartley stars on the series as Colter Shaw.
In the episode, Durance portrays Laura, an accomplished stuntwoman who enlists Colton to find her missing boyfriend, Baxter (David Ramsey), per Matt’s Inside Line.
A Mini ‘Smallville’ Reunion
GettyThe news of Durance and Hartley’s reunion comes over a decade after the duo played Lois Lane and Oliver Queen, a.k.a. Green Arrow, on “Smallville.”
In the series, Lois and Oliver had a complicated romance, mostly caused by Green Arrow’s hero duties. The two ultimately separated but remained good friends, paving the way for Lois to be with Clark Kent (Tom Welling).
Durance was on “Smallville” from Season 4 onward, while Hartley joined in Season 6. Both stayed on the series until its Season 10 finale in 2011.
Earlier this month, Michael Rosenbaum, who played Lex Luthor on the hit CW series, teased Durance and Hartley’s reunion on “Tracker.”
During the January 6 episode of his podcast, “Inside of You,” Rosenbaum noted that Ramsey gushed that Durance was “amazing to work with” after sharing scenes with her on the series.
Erica Durance Reunited With Other ‘Smallville’ Co-Stars
GettyThis isn’t the first time Durance reunited with her “Smallville” co-stars. Recently, the actress appeared in an episode of “Murder in a Small Town,” which stars Kristin Kreuk as Cassandra Lee.
“We hadn’t worked together since ‘Smallville’ and even then, not much. We didn’t work much [together] on the show,” Durance said in the podcast.
She continued, “I remember I came out of the makeup trailer and I looked down between the trailers, and she goes and we screamed like we’re like little girls. Like we went running down to like hug each other. It was so cool.”
Despite not working together for years, Durance said she still felt comfortable working with Kreuk.
“Kristen, you know, she’s so cute,” she added. “She was like holding my hand the whole scene and then she just laid her head on my lap between takes. She just laid down, like kind of on me, you know, and it helped.”
Following her run on “Smallville,” Durance starred in the Canadian medical drama “Saving Hope” from 2012 to 2017. Hartley, on the other hand, starred in the NBC drama “This Is Us,” earning four Critics’ Choice Award nominations for his role as Kevin Pearson.
