Erin Krakow is giving Hearties a peek behind the scenes of Hope Valley.
The “When Calls the Heart” star recently took to social media to share a sweet behind-the-scenes video featuring Brooke Shields following her return to the beloved Hallmark series in Season 13. The video also included a special four-legged guest, Krakow’s dog Willoughby, adding an extra dose of cuteness that absolutely delighted fans.
Who Has Better Eyebrows: Shields or Willoughby?
“Brow-chicka-wow-wow 😏,” wrote Krakow in the caption of the Instagram reel, using a clever play on words.
In the video, Krakow records while holding Willoughby in her arms. She stands beside Shields, who’s getting glammed up in the makeup chair. Krakow says, “Willoughby, ask Brooke the question everybody’s dying to know: who has better eyebrows?”
Shields starts to answer, “I think Willoughby,” but she gets cut off when the dog gives her an adorable kiss on the ear, which makes both of the actresses positively melt.
“Aw, come on,” Krakow coos.
“Hi, baby boy with the little warm tongue,” Shields joins in.

Krakow Announces Pregnancy With Ben Rosenbaum & Willoughby
Krakow and her husband, Ben Rosenbaum, who plays Mike Hickam on “WCTH,” have shared Willoughby on social media over the years.
The actress adopted Willoughby in January 2023. In her Instagram post, she wrote, “Meet Willoughby. We adopted him a week ago and I already can’t imagine life without him. 😍” in the caption. She shared that she adopted him an animal rescue a week prior, also tagging Rosenbaum in the photo.
The pair celebrated Willoughby’s “gotcha day” on Jan. 8, 2024, with Krakow sharing a photo of him laying down in the sand on a beach followed by a picture of a bone shaped cake that read, “Happy Gotcha Day.”
Rosenbaum uploaded two photos of himself posing with Willoughby taken a year apart, writing in the caption, “1 year together and we’ve both got a lot more grey in our facial hair. Love this boy and it’s his gotcha day today (Jan 08).”
They announced her pregnancy in November 2025 with an Instagram post (see above) captioned, “So much to be grateful for!!! 🥰” The post featured photobooth shots of Krakow and Rosenbaum holding up a sonograph and Willoughby wearing a shirt that read “big brother.”
