Lori Loughlin is continuing her return to former onscreen gigs, and this time, that involves stepping back into her role of Jennifer Shannon in Hallmark’s popular “Garage Sale Mysteries.”
Premiering Saturday, September 19, at 8 p.m. (7 p.m. Central) and streaming the next day on Hallmark+, fans will be able to sit down with a bowl of popcorn to watch “Garage Sale Mysteries: Murder Takes the Stage.” But before that happens, you’ll definitely want to check out the preview for the new movie that you surely won’t want to miss!

Get ready to tackle a new mystery as Loughlin brings her character — the garage sale hunter and antiques shop co-owner — back to the screen as “[o]ne of the members of Jennifer Shannon’s true-crime book club is murdered during the group’s reenactment of the Lizzie Borden case,” according to Hallmark.
Starring Loughlin along with Sarah Strange and Steve Bacic, fans will also see Kevin O’Grady in the suspenseful story as well as Connor Stanhope and Eva Bourne.

Lori Is Also Returning to ‘When Calls the Heart’
HallmarkIf you weren’t aware, “Loughlin’s alleged involvement in the college admissions scandal … resulted in her getting pulled from several projects,” Newsweek reported in March 2019. That included her “Garage Sale Mysteries” projects, and her role on “Fuller House,” which brought back her ’90s character, Rebecca “Aunt Becky” Donaldson Katsopolis. She was also forced to step back from “When Calls the Heart.” However, she’s now returning to that gig as well.
In December 2025, People noted that the show had been renewed for Season 14 (which will premiere sometime in 2027) and that almost “seven years after Loughlin’s final episode aired in season 6,” she would be reprising her role as Abigail Stanton.
Michelle Vicary, Hallmark Media’s head of programming, offered People a statement at the time, saying, “Since the series’ debut in 2014, the character of Abigail Stanton was a fan favorite and beloved by the Hearties. At its core the Hallmark brand is about hope, positivity and connection, which is also the central theme of When Calls the Heart. We felt that season 14 was the right time to continue Abigail’s story with her return to this beloved series.”
