“Let’s run this @adidasoriginals x @asos collab back 💅🏽🔁,” Mowry wrote in the caption of her Sept. 4 Instagram reel, which features a video of the actress showing off different looks from the collaboration.
The fun starts with Mowry rocking a fitted black bodysuit and heels. But there’s a twist: the footage is played in reverse, creating the illusion that she’s getting dressed while effortlessly strutting backwards towards the starting point. As the clip rolls on, Mowry appears to “put on” a jacket, matching purse, and incredibly chic shades.
And she doesn’t stop there.
The next few clips use the same clever reverse-video effect, with Mowry showing off more track-inspired looks and adding polished finishing touches that make each outfit look effortlessly put together. Mowry’s New Romance Has a Pretty Sweet Story
Mowry’s stylish new chapter comes with a sweet love story, too. The actress is dating Javon’e Williams, a Los Angeles-based teacher who has a few creative talents of his own as an artist.
The couple made their relationship Instagram official on May 27, 2026, back when Mowry shared photos on Instagram from a romantic getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. In one particularly adorable snap, the pair smiled together on the beach, while another showed Williams putting his artistic skills to work by sketching a portrait of Mowry.
“He’s a wonderful human being,” Mowry told SiriusXM’s Today Show Radio, per Complex. “His emotional intelligence, it’s amazing.”
She admitted that she “manifested” her relationship.
“I’m glad that it came around the time…because I really wouldn’t have known what I wanted three years ago. I really needed to sit in like solitude and like learn who I am first before I even figured out what it was and what it is that I want. So I did do that,” Mowry added. “So I would literally close my eyes, and I would meditate about my partner, and I would meditate about the feeling that I would want to feel, and the feeling was my nervous system being safe, and that’s exactly what he does, like he’s amazing, like he’s so wonderful.”
