The season 13 premiere of Hallmark’s “When Calls the Heart” is less than a week away. Ahead of the WCTH premiere, Hallmark shared a fun new teaser about what lies ahead.
The full Hope Valley community returns with new developments for fans, who often refer to themselves as “Hearties.” The latest Hallmark teaser, however, focused entirely on two fan favorite characters.
Erin Krakow & Kevin McGarry’s WCTH Characters Will Be Front-and-Center
On December 26, Hallmark shared a new “When Calls the Heart” preview via Instagram. The caption teased, “#Hearties, it’s almost time!”
It continued, “New beginnings, familiar faces, and all the feels!”
The media in the Instagram post features Elizabeth Thatcher (Erin Krakow) with Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry). Three different brief video snippets featuring Elizabeth and Nathan play one after another in the post.
Previous teasers for season 13 of “When Calls the Heart” have suggested that Nathan may soon propose to Elizabeth. Fans are ready for it, and they made it clear in the comment section of the newest Hallmark Instagram post.
One fan commented, “These two 🥹 This is perfection 👏 Can’t wait for next Sunday! ❤️”
“Looking forward to Nathan and Elizabeth love story in S13. Hoping for a wedding proposal soon,” another fan wrote.
Someone else noted, “When one week feels like forever!! Can’t wait for their epic love story to continue!!”
A common theme throughout the comment section was that fans are counting down the days until the premiere. In addition, it seems that virtually everybody is excited to watch Nathan and Elizabeth’s love story continue.
Big Storyline Developments & Guest Stars Are Set for WCTH Season 13
A video sneak peek posted on Instagram on December 26 showed a lot of Elizabeth and Nathan, of course. Brooke Shields returns in season 13 of “When Calls the Heart” as Charlotte Thornton, and she pops up in the preview as well.
Text included in the video reads, “Your favorite community returns, with open arms and open hearts.”
Melissa Gilbert will also be back for season 13 of “When Calls the Heart” as Georgie. The sneak peek video showed Georgie greeting Bill Avery (Jack Wagner), and it certainly appears that the sparks will be flying.
This “When Calls the Heart” sneak peek promises fans that something “they’ve been waiting for” is on the way, which would seem to be another engagement hint.
Season 13 of “When Calls the heart” premieres on Hallmark on January 4.
