A Hamptons home where Madonna used to spend her summers is on the market for $20 million.
Previous owners of the abode used to rent out the property, and one of their residents was the famous singer who stayed there during multiple summers in the 2010s.
Daniel Neiditch, president of River 2 River Realty, which holds the listing, told Mansion Global, “The neighbors said she was an interesting neighbor. They would have some parties there.”
It’s a ‘Once-in-a-Lifetime Home’
“This once-in-a-lifetime home has forever farm field views set on 3 cleared acres,” according to the Zillow listing. “The sunsets are remarkable and cannot be matched. Pull up to your cobblestone driveway with [a] security gate. Drive down your private long driveway with [the] house hidden for total privacy…”
The home boasts 14,500 square feet of space, which stretches over three floors.
Along with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, the house includes two full kitchens that have enough space for a 16-seat dining table and a 10-seat kitchen table.
That’s not to mention the gym, game rooms and arcades, where the residents can enjoy a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, video games, foosball and basketball. Outside, there is also a tennis court, pool and three-car garage.
A few upgrades include Ecobee controls in every room, which offer Amazon capabilities and music, as well as a “top-of-the-line security system” and “[f]ull water filtration system.”
