Madonna is giving fans another reason to call her the Queen of Pop.
The singer, 68, turned heads Monday, Aug. 31, when she shared a series of photos on Instagram showing off a striking new look.
The close-up images highlighted her ultra-smooth complexion and a set of faux freckles across her nose, while her styling appeared to channel a glamorous 1990s aesthetic.

In one photo, Madonna posed for a close-up wearing teased, bleached-blond hair, thin bleached eyebrows, black eyeliner and glossy lips. The faux freckles stood out against her otherwise polished look.
Another image showed the singer with her hair swept to the side, heavy eyelashes and a pink, high-neck fishnet top. She also included several shots showcasing a series of revealing outfits.
Her looks included corsets worn over nude bras, shiny purple underwear and thigh-high stockings. In one particularly provocative photo, Madonna posed on all fours.
She also showed off a much more covered-up ensemble, wearing a white blazer over a matching knee-length dress.
The pop icon captioned the carousel with a line that appeared to reference how she wants to be remembered.
She wrote, “Paint me with your memory, and not with your eyes……. 💕👀.”
Fans and famous friends quickly filled the comments with praise for the singer’s latest appearance.

Elizabeth Banks also loved one particular detail, writing, “The freckles are my new personality.”

Madonna’s latest photo dump comes shortly after she celebrated another milestone: her 68th birthday.
The singer turned 68 on Sunday, Aug. 16, and marked the occasion with a trip to the Greek island of Corfu. She celebrated with five of her children and boyfriend Akeem Morris, sharing photos from the getaway on Instagram.
“It’s My Birthday! Eat, Pray, Love, Drink, Dance, Break plates, Feed Cats!!” Madonna wrote in the caption. “Thank you G*D! 🇬🇷♥️,” the “Bring Your Love” singer added, tagging the private Corfu estate Villa Ortholithi.
In the birthday photos, Madonna posed on a balcony and in front of a building while wearing a colorful, floral-embroidered dress. She completed the outfit with a matching bright pink floral headpiece.
The celebration also included a lavish heart-shaped birthday cake decorated with a large eye in white and gold icing. Madonna was photographed blowing out the candles as she celebrated surrounded by family.
Now, just weeks after her birthday festivities, Madonna is back in the spotlight with another collection of eye-catching images.
