Zayn Malik has made the decision to cancel all U.S. dates for his 2026 tour, announcing the news in an emotional message on his Instagram story.
“To my fans: Thank you so much for all the support and love you’ve shown me on the album release and more importantly your love, prayers, and well wishes for my health. I’ve felt it, and it’s meant the world. I’ve been at home recovering and I’m doing well and will be better and stronger than before.
“I’ve had to take another look at my schedule for the months ahead and have to reduce the number of shows on the KONNAKOL Tour. I want to make sure I still get out and see as many of you as I possibly can. I’m really looking forward to playing these shows for you, and I hope to see the rest of you around the world very soon. Big Love, Z”
This comes after Malik was hospitalized last month with an unspecified illness. While the U.S. dates have been canceled, ticket sales for dates in Europe and México are still ongoing. His first U.S. tour day was set for July 19 at the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, followed by stops in Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, St. Paul, Chicago, Indianapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, San Diego, Inglewood, Anaheim, San Francisco, and Seattle. The tour is now set to begin on May 23 in London, with the singer performing at The O2 Arena.

Zayn Malik Shared A Photo From The Hospital In April
“To my fans – Thank you to all of you for your love & support now & always-been a long week and am still unexpectedly recovering. Heartbroken that I can’t see you all this week,” Malik posted on his Instagram story on April 17. “I wouldn’t be in the place I am today without you guys and am so thankful for your understanding. Thank you to the incredible hospital staff of Drs, nurses, cardiologist, management, admin and everyone who has helped along the way and continue to. You are all legends! Big big love xx z”
There were no specifics given regarding his condition or what led to the hospitalization. However, family members issued a statement, thanking all the fans for their support.
This comes after Malik performed earlier this year at the Dolby Live for his Las Vegas residency.
