Millie Bobby Brown just celebrated her birthday and turned 22 years old. To mark the special occasion, the “Stranger Things” star shared an adorable photo of herself and her baby girl.
Taking to Instagram to share the pic, Brown can be seen sitting on a beach with waves coming in. Beside the actress is her daughter — who she shares with her husband Jake Bongiovi — sitting in the sand while wearing a ridiculously cute bear outfit complete with fuzzy fabric and little ears.
In the caption, Brown wrote, “22. grateful for my husband and daughter. for my family and friends. all of my animals. I am so blessed. thank you for the birthday wishes. xoxo”

Millie Bobby Brown Has Talked About Being a Mom
While talking to Allure in December 2025, Brown noted that she’s in her “most authentic era,” which is something that she says is because she’s now a mom.
“Being a mother expedited this version of me,” she said. “Nothing could get in the way of me being who I need to be for my daughter.”
Indeed, the actress talked about setting a good example for her baby girl, saying, “I want her to see me take care of myself.”
“I have to talk to myself kindly,” she said, pointing out that it’s easy to “talk badly about yourself and your body” if you’re not being careful. She explained, “After becoming a parent, I couldn’t imagine talking about myself like that anymore, because she’s going to watch me do that.”
While Brown knows that being a parent isn’t the right choice for everyone, she still wants others to experience their own authentic selves, saying, “I want everyone to choose their own destiny and be on their own journey. If it’s not a child who expedites [this growth], think about your inner child. Think about the person that you used to be.”
