Sorry, Peaches, there’s a little bit of bad news when it comes to the release date of “Ginny & Georgia” Season 4 on Netflix. As much as everyone was holding out hope for a 2026 release date, that’s definitely not happening, as Netflix has finally confirmed one thing.
“Ginny & Georgia” Season 4 will arrive in 2027. That’s the current plan, and with filming already wrapped, it shouldn’t be an issue to bring it next year. The big question for many is if it wrapped filming in March 2026, how is it taking so long to get through post-production? Fans will likely never fully get the answer to the question, but the short of it is that it’s all business for Netflix.
Netflix Confirms a 2027 Year for ‘Ginny & Georgia’ Season 4
NetflixThere was hope that a 2026 release date would happen, but Netflix has updated its press site with the plans for the fourth season. All that everyone knows for now is that it will arrive in 2027. There are no further dates just yet. With some hope, it will mean early 2027, since Netflix is planning for it already!
It’s hard to predict a release window for the series. Season 1 dropped in February 2021, and then Season 2 arrived in January 2023. Many thought that the third season would drop in early 2025, but everyone had to wait until June of that year. With all that in mind, a release in late 2026 should have seemed out of the question, but filming happened so quickly that it felt doable.
We could see Netflix return to the early months as a release window. Now is the time for the streaming giant to think in broad terms for 2027, and then, as fall hits, we could start to see some winter release windows or confirmations arrive.
What to Expect When ‘Ginny & Georgia’ Returns
NetflixIn some good news, the streaming giant has offered some good news in the form of a logline. It gives us a look at the chaos the return to Wellsbury will bring — and yes, it’s sure to be chaos!
The end of the third season saw Georgia escape her murder charge. That was supposed to mean life was back to normal for the Millers, but the big question there is what is normal? Can this family ever just have a smooth life with everything that each of them has gone through? Let’s not forget that Georgia is pregnant, and she has no idea who the father is, and her past is about to rear its ugly head once more.
As for Ginny, she just wants to get away from all the chaos. That’s what her mom wants too, but life has a way of really throwing things for a loop. There’s also going to be a lot more of Austin, so expect the energy to turn up to a thousand. It makes the wait even harder!
Here’s the full logline:
“Georgia Miller (Brianne Howey) has dodged a murder charge! So life is finally back to normal. Except that the Millers are broke again. And Georgia’s pregnant and doesn’t know who the father is. And strange things keep happening, hinting that maybe Georgia’s past isn’t willing to stay buried. Ginny (Antonia Gentry) is desperate to break the cycle of chaos, and Georgia is desperate to prove to her kids that she can. And as for Austin (Diesel La Torraca) … well … this season it’s him against the world. The family is at a turning point. But when push comes to shove, will the Millers be able to start fresh? Or will the past pull them back in?”
There are no new images released just yet, which isn’t too surprising with such a wait. All eyes are on any piece of detail to come. For now, all three seasons of “Ginny & Georgia” are available to stream on Netflix.
