SEE INSIDE: Aubrey Plaza Puts Los Angeles Home on the Market for $5.75 Million

Aubrey Plaza has put her Los Angeles home back on the market. The move comes following the passing of her husband, Jeff Baena.

Originally listing the house in September 2025 for $6.5 million, the actress took it off the market on December 23, 2025, according to Realtor.com.

Plaza and Baena purchased the property that’s found in the Los Feliz Oaks neighborhood in October 2022, paying $4.7 million. Prior to that, the home was sold in 2017 for $3.6 million.

Plaza’s stunning home can apparently be found “tucked away on a private street,” according to the listing, via Realtor.com.

“Meticulously restored and tastefully updated, the home honors its architectural heritage while offering modern amenities including a screening room, wine cellar, pool, oversized steam room, and a state-of-the-art sound system,” the listing notes.

Beyond that, this property is “more than a home … it’s a private sanctuary, brought back to life with care, style, and enduring character.”

The listing points out that owning the residence is “[a] rare opportunity for those seeking space, seclusion, and authentic Spanish charm.”

The House Offers Plenty of Impressive Aspects

A Mediterranean-style house that was built back in 1928, Realtor.com notes that the “[l]isting images reveal a tasteful interior, with a neutral, elegant palette used throughout the home, which is filled with natural light.”

Offering the residents four bedrooms and multiple living spaces, one of the latter areas includes “an artistic arched window” that “showcases the beauty of the natural surroundings, providing a view of the picturesque gardens.”

In fact, “[a]rches run throughout the dwelling, from the curved front door to the arched doorways that lead from one room into the next in many of the main living areas.”

The interior of the home also boasts colorful additions, including a primary bedroom that is painted a “very pale rose,” and “funky” green and yellow tiles in one of the other bathrooms.

The kitchen is described as being “bright and airy” and features sizable glass doors that lead to the backyard, which “help[s] to create a seamless flow between the two spaces.”

Outside of the home, the new owners will be able to find more living areas that are “designed for dining, lounging, and entertaining,” per the listing. That’s not to mention the “stunning swimming pool, a grassy lawn, and a canopy of trees providing natural shade for the hottest of days.”
