Brandi Glanville Shares New Diagnosis With Fans
Brandi Glanville gave fans some much-needed health updates as she continues to look for answers and treatment for her ongoing health challenges.
During an episode of Glanville’s “Brandi Glanville Unfiltered” podcast, she sat down with James Maas and discussed any new updates on her health. As Maas pointed to a bandage wrapped around the reality TV star’s right arm, she shared that she was getting an IV “into my arm and into my heart.”
Asked why Glanville was getting an IV “injected into her heart,” she explained, “Because I mean, I have a bone infection and a deep-seated skin infection from staph.”
While Glanville is navigating a new round of evaluations, she said that her current doctor gives her hope after past experts fell short.
“He basically took everything I had from each doctor and saw all of it, and was able to put it together,” she said. “It was almost like too many cooks in the kitchen here, and they just couldn’t figure it out.”
Glanville went on to praise the new doctor she found and appeared confident that he would provide her with clear answers.

“I mean, I have more bills … we were driving here and I’m getting text bills, so I’m just paying the minimum on everything. My credit cards, like I’ve exhausted my savings, which at my age, I feel like such a loser in a way because I was together … Now I’m just scared about every little thing,” Glanville said.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight in August, Glanville was asked if doctors had given her a diagnosis of a parasite, to which she replied, “He couldn’t say for sure that there was or wasn’t a specific type. But they treated me with all of these parasitic medications, and I did feel better. I just didn’t look better.”
“I think if I had one, it’s definitely gone,” she added. “But I am left with some residual, really weird, crazy things that we’re trying to figure out.”
