Shane Keough was a familiar face during “The Real Housewives of Orange County’s” heyday, as his mother, Jeana Keough, mingled with other iconic O.C. Housewives like Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, and Jo De La Rosa. While his reality TV mom is no longer part of the franchise, fans continue to follow the family’s social media, eager to celebrate their exciting updates and life’s most precious moments.
An Instagram post shared by both Shane and Francheska showed their young daughter, McKay Lourdes Keough, holding an ultrasound image, joyfully announcing to family, friends, and fans that they will soon be parents of two.
A second photo showed their daughter holding up a book titled “I’m A Big Sister,” with a third snapshot showing her reading the children’s book while wearing an adorable purple dress.
The couple captioned their post, “Baby #2 coming early 2026! Someone has been reading about her new role as a big sister. We are feeling so blessed to be expanding our little family.”

Keough Shares Life Updates With His Wife & Daughter
Shane and Francheska Keough welcomed their first child, McKay, on October 7, 2023. The former reality star shared a very touching Instagram post reflecting on how her birth had changed his life.
“We are so lucky to have you here with us, and you are so lucky to have the mother you do and the overwhelming love of family around you. It doesn’t feel that long ago when the world felt unfair and unpredictable to the point where I never thought I would have the opportunity to feel this joy and this type of love,” a part of his lengthy post read.
Since then, Jeana’s son has shared several photos and videos of his daughter, including one in which she is seen walking around a bookstore and another sweet photo montage of life as a father, showing McKay sitting on a statue of a horse, having a small accident on the carpet, and lying out in a children’s pool.
Just three days before making his huge baby announcement, Shane shared a rare photo of his former RHOC mom holding his daughter for her birthday.
“Happy birthday to the best mother and grandmother a man could ever ask for. We all love you very much,” he captioned the post.
