“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Mauricio Umansky reacted to seeing his ex-wife Kyle Richards reunite with three other members of the Fox Force Five.
What is the Fox Force Five?
The Fox Force Five consists of Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Teddi Mellencamp, Lisa Rinna, and Dorit Kemsley. Their group’s nickname originated from the Season 9 cast’s trip to Provence, France. In an Instagram post from March 2021, Teddi reflected on their trip.
She captioned the adorable throwback photo, “@lisarinna your post reminded me of one of our best trips. 🦊 force 5 put in the work and had so many belly laughs. Missing traveling and standing this close to humans I am not related to. 💕. Speaking of traveling, where should @tedwinator take me if we can travel by my 40th? 🙌🏼 🌎”
Kyle admitted on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show” in 2021 that she “hated” the nickname Fox Force Five. She also explained to sister Kathy Hilton the origins of the name. “Oh my god. I hate that name,” said Kyle. “Lisa Rinna, like, put that on a photo once, and it kind of stuck. I don’t even know what it means. Someone told me that they think it’s from ‘Pulp Fiction’ or something.”
When Teddi announced her departure from “RHOBH” prior to Season 11, Erika shared a photo on Instagram showing several hands clasped together. Teddi, Kyle, Lisa, and Dorit were all tagged. Erika captioned the photo, “Bonded forever. Foxes 🦊 Don’t bet against us….”
Kyle shared the same photo on her Instagram with the caption, “Through thick & thin 🙌.”
Dorit also posted the same photo of their hands with the caption, “Friendship. ❤️.”
Teddi shared a photo of their faces instead. “My hands aren’t my best feature so I am posting our faces versus our 🤚. Love y’all and needed those laughs tonight. 🦊 #friendship,” she wrote.
Mauricio’s Heartfelt Reaction
Mauricio publicly showed support for his estranged wife by liking an Instagram post she shared on October 26 with Erika, Teddi, and Lisa. Dorit was unfortunately not at the get-together. The four posed with their arms around each other and smiled in front of Mr. Brainwash’s 2021 “Smile!” art on Melrose Ave. in West Hollywood. They were all sporting denim jeans and stylish jackets.
Lisa shared the photo on her Instagram stories with the caption “Celebrating Life” and a heart emoji.
Erika commented four red heart emojis under the post: ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Lisa also commented a handful of emojis, including a hot dog, much like the one Erika shared from Lisa’s stories that same night, “❤️🌭🤭🌹‼️❣️.” She captioned her story, “Once twice a year….” which is a reference to the “RHOBH” Season 9 premiere when both housewives shared a bond over their hot dogs at Kyle’s barbecue.
Fellow “Real Housewives” star Tamra Judge shared her love in the comments, too. “Love this ❤️ you guys look beautiful,” the “RHOC” alum wrote.
