Beloved HGTV star Jasmine Roth is preparing to welcome her third baby girl into the world. As she and husband Brett — along with daughters Hazel and Darla — spend their babymoon in Mallorca, the “Help! I Wrecked My House” star shared her concern with being an older mother.
Jasmine Roth’s Re-Introduction
Roth shared a photo dump to Instagram on Wednesday, August 26, introducing herself to new followers.
“Welcome new faces and I hope you like it here! 👋👋 (And for all of you who have been following along – thanks for all the kind words yesterday. Meant a lot to me! We’re on day 4 in Mallorca and all checked in and settled at our new hotel. Also, is it just me or is my belly growing rapidly!?)” she captioned her post.
She went on to share facts about herself, including some she had never shared publicly before.
“I’ve recently been thinking a lot about productivity culture and how much it shapes my self worth,” she wrote. “It’s easy to reflect on these types of things when on vacation. I want to make sure I don’t pass along this mindset to my daughters, but I also want to make sure my girls understand the importance of being driven, having goals, and the value of hard work.”
Roth added, “I worry that since we’re older parents to our kids, they sorta missed the whole ‘head down and hustle hard’ phase, and while they see us still work really hard, they definitely don’t feel the pressure to succeed that we had in our 30s.”
While the “Roast My Rental” star explained that she will likely “always be working in some capacity,” traveling and getting to spend extra time with her family is a priority.

Fans of the design pro weighed in in the comments section of her post to share their own experiences with motherhood.
“I had my two children at 23 & 25. More or less have grown up with them. Became a grandmother at 50 & got to do a lot of babysitting while my daughter was a teacher. I thoroughly enjoyed children at 23 when my daughter was born & 25 when my son was born & at 50 becoming a grandmother. Children are a joy no matter what your age is. My mother was 35 when I was born & we were inseparable until she passed at 95,” one follower wrote.
Another added, “You bounce back girl! I didn’t start having kids until 30 and that was 32 years ago. At that time, I thought I was an older mom compared to other people that had them shortly after graduating. I didn’t get married until 27. I applaud you for going for the 3rd. I stopped after I got my boy and girl❤️”
“Keep doing what you & Brett are doing which is experiencing life by family time, work & travel time. Be sure to carve in some ‘Me Time’ as well as ‘Couple Time’ ❤️❤️ Please take care of yourself & give yourselves grace when things get out of kilter. You are WONDERFUL & doing GREAT‼️” a third follower wrote.
