“General Hospital” star Adrian Anchondo ended 2025 with a bang, hard-launching his romance with “Days of Our Lives” alum Colton Little.
Anchondo, who plays Marco Rios on the ABC soap, took to Instagram to share highlights from his memorable holiday with Little. The couple spent Christmas together, and Anchondo couldn’t help but gush about the experience.
Anchondo and Little, who played Andrew Donovan on “DOOL,” basked in the beauty of Puerto Rico and Florida. In one of the photos, the couple spent time on the beach and enjoyed some food. Another shot showed Little kissing Anchondo on the cheek.
“This Christmas made my heart pop. Thank you, Puerto Rico and Florida,” Anchondo captioned the post.
Shortly after news of his romance with Anchondo broke, Little took to Instagram Stories to thank everyone who had reached out to them.
“Must’ve been a slow news day,” the actor wrote. “I think it’s really sweet (and funny) that an IG post turned into a ‘relationship announcement,’ but with such a heavy year coming to a close, it’s nice to see queer love being represented and celebrated. (..looking at u Heated Rivalry) Thank you to the outlets that reached out/shared our story. I’m a lucky, lucky guy.”
How It All Started
The couple first met when Anchondo landed the role of Marco on “General Hospital” in early 2025. At the time, he reached out to Little for advice.
“We knew each other through mutual friends,” the actor told Michael Fairman. “So I knew of him for a long time. I started asking Colton about what his experience was like on soaps and asked about SAG health insurance, etc. We met up one night and were hooked from then on.”
Even though Anchondo just went Instagram official with Little, his “General Hospital” co-stars appear to have known about the romance long before fans did.
On December 7, Kelly Thiebaud shared a video of the cast members on a bowling outing. In the clip, Anchondo and Little made their grand entrance to the bowling alley, along with the others.
