Joseph Duggar‘s location has now been confirmed after a short period of uncertainty after his transfer from the Washington County Jail in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The 31-year-old former “19 Kids and Counting” star was booked into the Bay County Jail in Panama City, FL on the morning of Tuesday, March 31, People confirmed. Prior to that, he spent around 9 days in custody in Arkansas.
Regarding the Florida charges, the report says Joseph pleaded not guilty and entered a demand for a jury trial.

Joseph’s sister Jill has been enjoying a beach vacation with her husband Derick Dillard and their children, writing that “God knew this week away was exactly what we’d need when we planned it months ago.” She added, “Thank y’all for the love and prayers during this difficult time of heartbreak and continued processing,” before quoting a bible verse that reads, “The Lord is my portion, therefore I will hope in him.”
Jill shared more clues about what’s on her mind when she shared more beach photos on Monday, March 30. The 34-year-old wrote in the caption, “Choosing to focus on God’s faithfulness today. In spite of living in a broken world with heartbreak and evil around us, we have this hope…God is faithful. He is our comfort when we need it. We can run to him. We don’t have to understand or make sense of everything. Some things just don’t make sense.”
Another of Joseph’s sisters, Joy Anna Forsyth, reacted to the scandal by writing on her Instagram Stories, “What has come out about my brother is heartbreaking and deeply disturbing. My heart is with the victim, and I am grieved by the pain and harm caused.
