Mykelti Padron has starred on TLC’s “Sister Wives” since she was just 14. Padron is the second of six children born to Christine Brown Woolley and Kody Brown. In a playful Instagram Reel, the 29-year-old revealed her nighttime routine. The “Sister Wives” star can be seen lying in bed reading a book with the caption, “I love my 30 minutes of reading before bed. It’s my favorite 3 hours of the night…” displayed throughout the video.
She paired the Reel with the caption, “30 mins a day before bed they say…”
Fans of Padron know the TLC star to be an avid reader. Both she and her husband routinely share updates on the books they’re reading and their TBR (To Be Read) lists. The couple also hosts a Book Club on their Patreon.

Mykelti Padron Is a Mother of Three
Along with being a reality star, social media influencer, and finding the time to keep her nose in a good book, Padron is a busy mother of three.
The TLC star married her husband in December 2016. Their relationship, short engagement, and trip to the altar were all captured on “Sister Wives.” The couple wed in an outdoor ceremony in St. George, Utah.
Fans will remember that Mykelti’s five parents were less than thrilled with her decision at the time. The Brown family parents not only felt like Mykelti was rushing into marriage, but that she should wait for her wedding, given the fact that her older sister, Maddie Brown, had just tied the knot with her husband, Caleb Brush, earlier that year. Fortunately, Mykelti’s family came around, welcoming Tony into the Brown family.
Mykelti and Tony welcomed their first child, Avalon Asa Padron, in April 2021. The couple then welcomed twin boys, Archer Banks Padron and Ace McCord Padron, in November 2022.

Since giving birth to the twins, both Mykelti and Tony have embarked on weight-loss journeys. The couple routinely updates fans with their latest workouts and milestones.
In a recent Instagram post, the mother of three shared a photo of herself and her husband out for a run. The star captioned the photo, “I hate it when Tony’s right. Somehow I don’t hate running…. I definitely like how I feel afterwards!”
