Jennifer Aniston Reportedly ‘Open’ to Marrying Jim Curtis But ‘Not Rushing It’

It was back in November 2025 that Jennifer Aniston first went public with her romance with Jim Curtis.

At the time, the “Friends” alum confirmed the relationship in an Instagram post celebrating his 50th birthday. “Happy birthday my love,” Aniston wrote in the caption accompanying a photo of the couple.

Since then, the pair have become far more open about their relationship. However, a source is coming forward to caution that fans shouldn’t expect the pair to tie the knot anytime soon — although the twice-divorced Aniston is not opposed to the idea.

‘Enjoying the Moment’

A source tells Us Weekly that their romance is heating up, but a walk down the aisle isn’t expected in the near future.

“They are allowing the relationship to develop at its own pace and are much stronger, more positive and more confident that their lifestyles and priorities are compatible [than they were a year ago],” the “insider” tells the outlet.

“They have had conversations about their long-term future,” the source adds. “They are enjoying the moment.”

They Established Ground Rules

According to the source, Aniston — who was previously married to Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux — is in no hurry to get married again, and “neither feels the need to force a timeline” when it comes to their relationship.

They’ve also established some ground rules that will keep them on the same page.

“One thing that they did discuss in the beginning of their relationship is that they don’t want more children together,” the insider states.

“Jen has met his son, and she thinks he’s great,” the source adds. “They are focused on building a lasting partnership. They both do feel they found the person who understands them. It just works.”

‘The Next Step’

In fact, top of mind for the couple is “what the next step looks like” for their relationship, although neither is in any hurry to take that step.

“Jen is open to getting married again, but they’re both on the same page about not rushing it,” the insider insists.

If and when the time comes, the wedding will likely be a very small and private affair.

“She’s even open to the idea of doing something really low-key, like eloping,” the source says.

Shared Interests

Previously, an insider spoke with People about why the two have made such an ideal match, explaining that Curtis’ background as a hypnotherapist and life coach aligns where her own longtime interest in holistic wellness.

“He’s very different from anyone she’s dated before,” the insider said.

“It’s very Zen, and she has always been very much into that,” the source added. “They’re a good match.”

In fact, Aniston was already an admirer of his work before they were introduced to each other by mutual friends.

“Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work,” the source shared. “She’s really into self-help and wellness.”

“She’s been happy on her own, but she’s also open to sharing her life with someone, as long as it feels right,” a source said in a different interview with People.
