Mauricio Umansky and Kyle Richards put their differences aside for an emotional family milestone. The separated couple reunited on September 6 to celebrate the wedding of their daughter, Alexia Umansky, who tied the knot with Jake Zingerman in front of family, friends, and a few familiar Bravo faces.
Mauricio Umansky and Daughter Alexia’s Heartfelt First Look
Alexia gave fans a glimpse into her big day by posting a touching video to Instagram. The clip captured the moment Mauricio saw his daughter in her wedding dress for the first time. Overcome with emotion, he hugged Alexia tightly before kissing her shoulder.
“You look like a princess,” Mauricio told her, spinning her around as she smiled through tears. “Dad, don’t make me cry,” Alexia replied. “Whew! No crying before my first look. I love you, Dad.”
Kyle stood nearby, watching the sweet exchange. She dabbed her eyes to avoid ruining her makeup while taking in the moment between her daughter and her estranged husband. In the caption of her post, Alexia reflected on the memory: “I didn’t expect my dad to walk into the room, especially with his eyes full of tears. For a moment, time went still. A moment I’ll cherish forever.”

The wedding weekend also included a family sleepover the night before the ceremony. Alexia shared on Instagram Stories that she, Kyle, Mauricio, and her sisters — Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, Sophia Umansky, and Portia Umansky — all gathered at the family’s Encino home. “We had a huge sleepover actually,” Alexia wrote. “I slept in my mom’s bed with her and our dog Luna. My dad and Farrah stayed and joined the sleepover too. Sophia and Portia, of course. It was a full house.”
Alexia incorporated touching tributes to her parents throughout her wedding. She revealed to People that she used the same nail polish shade Kyle wore at her own wedding in 1996, “ballet slippers,” and carried a bouquet of roses just like her mom.
“I wanted to do an ode to that on my wedding day,” Alexia explained. “Using roses is not revolutionary by any means, but I want it to feel like I am carrying on something, whether it’s big or small.”
The guest list featured family members, including Kathy Hilton, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Barron Hilton, and Tessa Hilton. Kyle’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” costars also attended, with Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna, Teddi Mellencamp, Dorit Kemsley, and Sutton Stracke all celebrating the happy couple. “Celebrating love & life without a single table being flipped, nor a glass of wine tossed,” Kyle joked on Instagram.
RHOBH fans will hopefully get to see footage of the wedding on season 15, as Bravo cameras were reportedly filming.
