Macaulay Culkin & Brenda Song Buy Los Angeles Mansion for $10.3 Million

It looks like Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song will be packing up one home and moving on to another. Not long after the stars sold their Toluca Lake property for $14.25 million, the duo has bought a new (and impressive) Los Angeles residence for $10.3 million.

“Real estate sources” told TMZ that Culkin and Song “scooped up a six-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion in Sherman Oaks spanning about 10,200 square feet,” which has a lot to offer the stars as well as their two sons, Dakota and Carson.

Macaulay & Brenda’s New Home Is ‘Packed with Perks’

Although there aren’t a heck of a lot of details when it comes to Culkin and Song’s new Sherman Oaks abode, we do know that the property “[l]ooks like a sweet setup” for the family of four, per TMZ. “[T]he place is packed with perks like a game room, full gym, sports court and an outdoor entertaining terrace.”

“Inside, it’s got all the high-end touches too … including a sweeping double staircase, a state-of-the-art kitchen and a massive floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace,” TMZ explains while noting that it’s “basically the ultimate family pad.”

Culkin and Song’s new Sherman Oaks home is located in the “quiet LA suburb that allows for city convenience with small town peacefulness,” according to Compass. Indeed, it “has all the comfort and convenience of an affluent suburb—clean streets, upscale malls, and multiple parks make for easy living.”

While “[l]arge, contemporary properties comprise the Sherman Oaks market,” Compass explains that “[h]igh-end malls and a smattering of hip boutiques and restaurants are a draw for the families who call Sherman Oaks home, and the neighborhood has a reputation for being part of the affluent area of the Valley.”

LA Homes also points out that, “[w]hen you settle in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, you’re opting for a place with a bit of everything.”

“The neighborhood is considered one of the best places to live in the San Fernando Valley, known for its dynamic lifestyle featuring street fairs and bustling farmers markets,” per LA Homes. “You’ll find exceptional shopping options at Sherman Oaks Galleria and Ventura Boulevard, along with various amenities catering to diverse tastes.”

“From charming bungalows to luxury apartments, the housing options are as varied as they are appealing,” LA Homes explains. “Plus, with excellent connectivity to major freeways, the convenience is unmatched.”
