Pregnant star Sienna Miller has made a return to Instagram to proudly show off her baby bump, marking marks her first post in eight years!
The actress gives a glimpse of her pregnancy style in the photo, which captures her second pregnancy with boyfriend Oli Green.

In the photo, the “Anatomy of a Scandal” actress appears in a cozy ensemble of a thick white knitted sweater and grey beanie. The photo, taken from a low angle, shows off her growing baby bump.
Miller is also wearing a grey shirt and jeans.
Actor Justin Theroux jokingly commented on the post, “omg the non-stop posting w you! It’s relentless,” according to Just Jared.
She posted two memes in a gallery with her photo, one a hilarious screenshot of meme of a David Lynch interview. The photo captures the moment the interviewer asked him to “elaborate” and the director simply answered, “No.”
GettyMiller first debuted this baby bump at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London, at the Royal Albert Hall. For this occasion, Miller dressed in an ethereal Givenchy gown, designed by Sarah Burton, Vogue reported.
Much like her recent Instagram post, this dress showed off her baby bump in style.
It’s a move Miller has pulled on the red carpet before. Vogue notes that she revealed her 2023 pregnancy in a similar fashion. At this event, Miller opted for a Schiaparelli ensemble that boldly displayed her bump and announced her pregnancy.
Miller Opens Up About Age Gap Relationship
GettyMiller discussed her views on age gaps in relationships in an interview with Grazia earlier this month.
“Things have moved on since then, but the idea of an older woman with a younger man, for example, is still fetishised rather than normalised – there’s a disparity there that I would love to see disappear,” she said.
Miller, 44, had previously spoken about her relationship with Green, 29, in a Vogue interview, reports Just Jared.
“I would imagine it would be complicated for anyone to get their head around, but there’s been nothing but love and joy,” she said.
She added, “I don’t think you can legislate on matters of the heart. I certainly have never been able to.”
This is Miller and Green’s second child together. She is also mother to Marlowe, 13, from her relationship with Tom Sturridge.
