Who Is Hallmark Star Marcus Rosner’s Wife? Meet Alison Kroeker Who Has Worked on Her Husband’s Movies

Along with being a Hallmark star, Marcus Rosner is a loving husband. Granted, you’ll only see occasional glimpses of his wife, Alison Kroeker, on his Instagram account. That’s because, while his performances can be seen onscreen, she works behind the camera. That is, when she’s not spending time with her spouse and their baby boy.

Marcus Revealed their Relationship on Social Media in 2017

Back in June 2017, Marcus took to Instagram and addressed his relationship status in the caption of his post, writing, “I have a beautiful, intelligent girlfriend who I love more than life but you won’t see any posts about her because that’s our business.”

Of course, that wasn’t quite true. Although he did have a girlfriend, he found himself sharing photos of her occasionally (usually showing her from the back) in super sweet posts.

In fact, when the adorable pair got married in Guatemala in December 2021, he was sure to share multiple posts about the happy event.

“We got married on December 30th,” Alison told Today’s Bride’s Destination Wedding Magazine while also opening up about the special ceremony. “We consider New Year’s Eve to be our anniversary for many of our milestones — we started dating on New Year’s Eve, and Marcus also proposed on New Year’s Eve. We unfortunately couldn’t have our venue right on the 31st because it is a sacred holiday in Guatemala and happily settled for the 30th.”

The couple enjoyed another major milestone when they welcomed their first baby together in January 2026. Once again hopping on Instagram, Marcus shared a photo of the little one holding onto his and Alison’s thumbs, and writing in the caption, “Our Boy. M.R.R. January, 2026.”

Fans got another glimpse at the baby boy when Alison was seen holding him while posing on the red carpet with Marcus for his new movie, “Emergency” (check out the second photo in the slideshow above, as well as a few of the final pics to see the cutie who’s always shielded from full view).

Marcus & Alison Have Worked Together

While Marcus has a successful acting career, Alison has established herself as an accomplished producer.

Starting out as a Segment Producer for Canada’s CTV Morning Live, according to her LinkedIn, she has also worked as a Producer/Field Director for the Discovery Channel.

Indeed, she “[r]esearched, developed, and story produced various episodes of Smithsonian Channel / Discovery Channel Canada’s CSA-award-winning documentary series DISASTERS AT SEA,” and “[w]orked closely with cast & showrunner to shape the episode structure and overall content of Season 2 of History Channel’s SALVAGE KINGS.”

More recently, Alison has held the role of Producer at Northern Gateway Films, which has been behind made-for-television movies like “Finding Mr. Right,” “Team Bride” (with Hallmark star Rhiannon Fish) and “Coupled Up for Christmas,” which happened to star her husband.

Alison also got the chance to interview her father and classics professor, Dr. Ron Kroeker, in 2024, to get his expert opinion on ancient architecture for a documentary series, which she proudly posted about on LinkedIn.

In response, Marcus shared a look at his wife and father-in-law during their chat in an Instagram post, and wrote, “So many feelings and themes spring to mind when I look at this — Pride is probably the biggest. The timeless passing down of wisdom is another. The achievement of raising a remarkable woman…”
