On August 25, the HGTV Instagram account teased season 2 of the series, noting what fans can expect.
“‘Sin City Rehab’ is back, and the stakes have never been higher!” the caption noted.
It continued, “That’s right, Alison Victoria has more bold renovations, risky investments, and plenty of Vegas drama up her sleeve in Season 2, which premieres Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 9|8c on HGTV 🎰🏠 #SinCityRehab.”

Alison Victoria Announced ‘Unhinged’ Season 2 of ‘Sin City Rehab’
On May 13, Victoria took to Instagram with a brief but exciting announcement about her show’s return. “I’m backkkkk … @sincityrehab Season 2 premieres Oct 7th on @hgtv,” she noted in the caption.
In the video, she announced, “Season 2. Here we go!!!”
Victoria lip synced along to Kim Kardashian saying, “Okay guys, we’re back. Did you miss us? ‘Cause we missed you!”
In her Instagram Stories, the HGTV star wrote, “Vegas … do you really think I was done?”
She continued, “Season two of ‘Sin City Rehab’ is officially coming to HGTV and this season is bigger, riskier, sexier … and honestly a little unhinged.”
“Bigger properties. Bigger gambles. Bigger personalities. Bigger pressure,” Victoria noted.
She also shared, “I went all in on Vegas … and this time there’s even more on the line. If you thought season one was wild, buckle up.”
“See you September 23rd,” she added. The premiere date was later changed to October 7.
