Ben and Erin Napier returned to the place that started it all — their college campus. The HGTV stars’ special “Home Town” episode at Jones College had them feeling pretty nostalgic as they reminisced about meeting and falling for each other.
Ben & Erin Napier Tackle a Project at the College Where They First Met
On April 19, Erin took to Instagram to tease the episode airing later in the day.
“TONIGHT go back to @jones_college with us as we give the Lady Bobcats a bright and fresh, nostalgic but new locker room update and help Coach Whitman with a project at home to make hosting the team so much better,” she explained in the caption.
Erin added, “Being on campus again always gets us in our feelings. Watch with us tonight at 8/7 ct on @hgtv or @hbomax @discoveryplus tomorrow.”
She included an adorable photo of her and Ben back in the day, grinning from ear to ear.
One fan noted in the comments, “Erin, you have not changed a bit. Ben, you look like your younger brother there.”
The HGTV Instagram account also teased the episode, with a clip explaining, “Erin and Ben return to their college stomping grounds.”
Erin explained, “This is where we met.”
“I noticed Erin the first week of school,” Ben shared.
The family connection to Jones College runs deep, as both of their parents and their brothers attended the school.
“Y’all, I loved going to school here. I cannot stress that enough,” Ben said.
Erin added, “It always feels good to come back here.”
