Amid a whirlwind of shocking series cancellations at HGTV during the summer of 2025 and news of new series in the works, twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis have been noticeably quiet about the future of their show, “Unsellable Houses.”
The duo remains active on social media, still running and promoting their Lamb & Co. real estate, design, and decor businesses in Snohomish, Washington. Now, one year after their show’s fifth season debuted in the fall of 2024, one of the sisters has finally begun to acknowledge fans’ questions about their on-air future.
‘Unsellable Houses’ Star Lyndsay Lamb Cryptically Says They’re ‘Always’ Working on New Shows
Throughout the summer, many of Davis and Lamb’s HGTV peers made headlines as they revealed their shows were not renewed for new seasons, including Jonathan Knight’s “Fixer to Fabulous,” Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson’s “Married to Real Estate,” and “Bargain Block” with Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas.
Meanwhile, in late August, HGTV announced a full slate of new and returning shows for the end of 2025 and early 2026 — but “Unsellable Houses” wasn’t on the list.
For months, when fans peppered Davis and Lamb’s social media posts with questions about their show’s future, the duo typically ignored the inquiries. But in early October 2025, Lamb has acknowledged some of her Instagram followers’ comments about wanting to see the show return.
On an Instagram video she posted on October 3 about creative tabletop ideas for hosting a fall meal, she replied to a fan who commented, “Beautiful! Miss seeing you and your sissy on TV -😔, hope you two have another show brewing !!!!” Lamb’s reply? “Always 😍”
On October 14, Lamb posted a video of the fall decor outside their Lamb & Co. storefront. She liked one fan’s comment that said, “Looks great! Will you two be back on TV? I miss watching you!” She also liked when a fellow fan replied, “me too! I’m in withdrawals! 😫”
Davis, however, has primarly shared personal posts over the last several months, including chronicling her first trip overseas (to Denmark) this month and has not commented on or liked any inquiries about the show.
Old Episodes of ‘Unsellable Houses’ Continue to Air on HGTV
Despite the lack of information about the future of “Unsellable Houses,” HGTV continues to regularly air reruns of the show.
The show follows the twins as they help local homeowners update the houses they’ve had trouble selling. In a July 2024 episode of their “Twin Win Unfiltered” podcast, the sisters said they never expected or sought out being on TV.
Davis explained that their production company checked out their YouTube after being tipped off by a friend. She said, “A friend of ours, Gina, was approached about a TV show. She said ‘no’ for numerous reasons. Then she called us, and said, ‘Hey, FYI, I gave your name to a production company because I think you guys would be good on a show.'”

This is the show that should have been on the chopping block instead of Bargain Block.
