Marvel star Jeremy Renner is celebrating his 55th birthday on Wednesday, January 7. In order to mark the special day, the actor’s sister, Kym Renner, took to Instagram to share a childhood photo of the pair with their mother.
While Kym looks adorable in a dress and bonnet that match the doll she’s holding, Jeremy is wearing a ski-themed shirt and red pants. Kym looks somewhat serious in the photo; however, Jeremy is showing off his super-cute smile as he has his picture taken.
The obviously proud sister also shared more recent pictures of the pair that were just as sweet.
Kym Also Wrote a Special Birthday Message for Her Brother
Along with sharing the adorable childhood pic, Kym also popped up a heartfelt message for Jeremy in the caption of her post.
“To my amazing brother. You are 55 years old and you have hit yet another milestone. This one is soo incredible as we celebrate your 55th and your 3rd (rebirth day),” she wrote while referring to the star’s snowplow accident.
“I am so lucky to have you as a big brother,” she added. “While you may have tortured me in my early years, all those big brother moments have turned in the a beautiful soul connection that will cherish until I grow old.”
“I love you so much and I am so proud of all that you have accomplished and all that you stand for,” Kym continued. “I love you for everything you do, everything you are, and all the things are striving to become. I stand with you through all the phases of our lives and I will continue to be alongside you through the rest that that world brings us!”
She finished her message by writing, “Happy birthday you little old man!!!”
