See Ariana Slay Other Sheer Styles
GettyThis isn’t the first time that Grande has impressed fans while wearing something sheer.
When the singer appeared at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 7, 2025, she wore a black dress that boasted sheer sections on the wide straps as well as around her legs.
GettyThe music industry star also wore a see-through piece when she attended the 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards on February 7, 2025.
GettyGrande again looked like an angelic vision in a white translucent dress when she was a guest at the WSJ Magazine Innovator Awards on October 29, 2024.
GettyAriana Has Gone Through a ‘Dramatic Style Evolution’
GettyIf you love Grande’s fashion choices, then you might have noticed that her sense of style has changed over the years as she has grown up and her career has progressed.
“Since bursting onto the scene on the hit Nickelodeon series Victorious, Grande has enjoyed quite the dramatic style evolution—transforming from a TV star and teen pop star into a full-on, Oscar-nominated movie star today,” Vogue noted in June 2025. “In the 2010s, her signature look was well-documented: Her outfits were often complete with ultra-mini hemlines, extra-high ponytails, and always thigh-high boots.”
Getty“More recently, however, Grande has graduated into a more sophisticated and Old Hollywood red carpet vibe,” Vogue added. “Once she was cast as Glinda in Wicked, her whirlwind press tour saw the star wear an endless array of princess-worthy gowns (almost all of them in pink, of course).”
Vogue continued by pointing out that “[w]hen the superstar was nominated for an Oscar [in 2025 for Best Supporting Actress for her role in ‘Wicked’], she turned up to the affair in a voluminous champagne-colored Schiaparelli gown (she also performed in a ruby-red dress from the label). It was a fresh and current take on the dazzling style sensibility that she has nailed for years.”
