Kayla G, Luci4’s manager, confirmed his passing in a TikTok statement on February 22. She wrote, “I am devastated to inform you that today, James, Luci4, Axxturel has passed away. He was truly a leader a king and a musician and a genius. There’s nobody like him, and there will never be. We all loved him dearly. Rest Easy. Please allow family and friends privacy and patience during this difficult time.”
In the post’s caption, she shared a touching tribute, making it clear just how much the late musician impacted her life. “Thank you Luci for dedicating this beautiful song to me. Thank you for showing me what it’s like to relate to someone so deeply. I love you so so much and I’ll never forget you,” she wrote. “I’ll forever keep the roses you gave me. ‘This sh deeper than a rose.’”

She also reflected on the bond she shared with Luci4, saying, “He was my person, he was my twin. He was my other half, me and him were inseparable. It hurts knowing that bond is gone.”
