Mike Wolfe, star of “American Pickers”, revealed he and his girlfriend, Leticia Cline, are safe following a car crash in Columbia, Tennessee, on Friday, September 12.
Wolfe took to Instagram Stories to share the news, releasing a heartfelt statement and later posting a follow-up story to thank fans for their support and to give an update on their condition.
In his original Saturday, September 13, Instagram Story post, Wolfe wrote: “Leticia and I were involved in a car accident last evening in Columbia, TN. By the grace of God, we’re both safe and okay.”
Wolfe Gave an Update on Cline
He gave a brief update on Cline’s condition as well.
“We are both receiving excellent care and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery,” he wrote. “Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time and we appreciate all of your love & prayers. God bless.”
Not long after, Wolfe returned to Instagram to provide a follow-up story. Though he did not share additional medical details, he expressed deep gratitude for the outpouring of prayers and messages.
“It’s been a rough nite but now there’s light at the end of the tunnel,” he began.
“I truly believe in the power of group prayers thank you to all of that have sent them.” He added a prayer hands emoji. The text was over an image of a wrecked car, though Wolfe did not state if it was the vehicle that was involved.
