In a February 2024 interview with People, she discussed her love of motorcycles. “I love speed,” she said, adding that she still rides her Harley-Davidson. She continued to share details of her motorcycle, saying, “It’s lavender, and it’s got white daisies all over it. There’s flowers on the back fender and on the front fender. I love the speed.”
Ann-Margret has had a remarkable life and career, with an incredible film portfolio and numerous awards, including two Academy Award nominations: Best Actress in a Leading Role in 1976 for “Tommy” and Best Actress in a Supporting Role in 1972 for “Carnal Knowledge.”
“I am so blessed, I just can’t believe all the things that have happened to me,” she said in her interview. “I never expected it. Never.” But performing was something she always wanted to do, and she was destined for it. “I remember wanting to be in show business all my life,” she reflected. “And I remember one day I said to mother and daddy, ‘I want to talk to you. It’s a very, very important thing for me and I want to get into show business.'”
